Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track sales metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align efforts and drive sales initiatives.
- Identify and facilitate training needs for the sales team to ensure continuous professional growth.
- Previous sales experience minimum 1 years.
- Strong communication and sales skill.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Local candidate prefered.
