Overview
This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the Revenue Management team. In this role the Revenue Managmenet analyst will support the maximization of revenues and margin by supporting the development of our commercial and sales plans across our North America beverage teams.

Responsible for Pricing and Promotion Analytics: Build advanced analytics solutions to influence the pricing and promotion decisions and long term strategy
- Adavanced Analytics - Price Elasticity, Promotion Effectiveness and working knowledge of Python, R, Tableau/Power Bi.
- Promotion Strategy: Support defining a clear channel & customer promotion strategy, setting the guiderails, identifying the optimal offer, establishing
- Max the Mix: Identify Mix ‘Drags & Drivers’ within the portfolio and provide clear recommendations on the most optimal commercial strategy and game plan
- Pack Price Architecture: Support the development of Consumer & Shopper Pack Price Architecture, driving optimal, insights based Packs & Prices for
- Pricing: Determine annual Pricing rates which is informed by appropriate external & competitive benchmarks.
- Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with division, sector and sales functions.
- Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
- Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
- Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
- Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work.
- Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology.
- Scale-up operation in-line with business growth, both within existing scope, as well as new areas of opportunity
- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
- Applicant must be immediately credible in strategy & have experience building executable commercial/financial strategy in a CPG environment.
- Experience within strong top-tier consulting or Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
- Very strong analytical skills - excellent competency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience of managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and
- Deep grounding in analytical logic and ability to translate complex data into powerful insight.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve / search out facts / engage internal & external contacts to source data without prior detailed process/guidance
- Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to producing visually compelling presentations (i.e. beyond just operating the software) that are impactful with
- Clarity in communication (English language) to enable production of a very high standard of commentary. that is impactful and credible amongst our most
- Balance of data experience across Financial / P&L and broader consumer/shopper/commercial insights in a CPG environment
- Bachelor’s in engineering/business administration/finance, Master’s degree is a plus.
- Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
- Numerate thinker, good at data analysis with strong attention to detail.
- Language skills - English fluent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
- Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities.
