Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant & Machinery Incharge located in Agra. The Plant & Machinery Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing plant and machinery operations
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree is mandatory
- Experience in the footwear industry is a plus
