List Of Responsibilities / Job Functions

To carry out experiments from engineering perspective to build process understanding, study anticipated scale-up issues and determine solutions for desired output during lab development activities (process observations and supplementary experiments with Formulation team).
To carry out studies to decide scale dependent and scale independent parameters and Perform process simulations to build process understanding and basis for equipment design. To give inputs to plant engineering team for skid design
To learn and carry out software simulations of various unit operations in formulation development
To participate in planning for Exhibit batches for successful technology transfer and demonstrate batches in plant.
To support technical investigations for trouble shootings in plant batches.

List Of Competencies Required

Technical Competencies:

Good understanding of Chemical Engineering Unit operations, Process scale up, Equipment Design and Process Simulations.
Good experimental hand and documentation practices as per GDP
Complete Knowledge of Technology Transfer activities and good manufacturing practices

Behavioral Competencies / Soft Skills

Problem Solving
Collaboration with internal and external stake holders
Good communication skills
