Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with business partners & trainers:
• Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between business partners, trainers, and internal teams.
• Assist with onboarding and coordination of trainers and business partners.
• Social media management:
• Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent branding.
• Plan and execute engagement campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Operations & scheduling:
• Support daily training operations and troubleshoot any issues.
• Coordinate training batches, manage attendance, and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Cross-functional collaboration & admin support:
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
• Assist in generating reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Learner support & data management:
• Address learner inquiries and ensure smooth communication during the learning process.
• Maintain enrollment and attendance records and generate performance reports.
• Process improvement:
• Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance the learning experience.
