Role Description
The Management Trainee (MT) role is an entry-level position at Acuity Professional Pvt. Ltd. designed for candidates who wish to build their career in UK accounting. The first six months serve as a probationary period with full salary. We provide hands-on training through tasks, projects, and buddy programs to build a strong understanding of the business & develop skills necessary to perform the job role. At the end of probation, we assess your skills and interests to define your career path at Acuity. This marks the transition into a specialised role, followed by a promotion and a substantial salary increase.

Skills Requirement: Excellent English communication skills & MS Office

Shift Time: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (winters) | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (summers)

Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping - Posting transactions, Preparing and checking ledger balances, bank reconciliation etc.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Ability to process payroll
- Responsible for adhering to deadlines for the task allocated
- Filing of reports, working papers and final accounts on the sharepoint.
