Skills

Mallow Technologies seeks a skilled Senior React.js Developer with over 3 years of experience to design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable web applications while mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will possess strong frontend skills and a commitment to best practices and code have :

• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS / LESS), JavaScript, Typescript.
• Have strong knowledge in React, Redux, Next.js, JSX, and ES6, with experience working with modern UI frameworks and component libraries.
• Backend integration using HTTP REST-based API, with a strong understanding of synchronous/asynchronous request handling.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git.
• Experience with common libraries such as Redux-Saga, Styled Components.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable react code.
• Should adhere to best practices in ReactJS.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to the problems.
• Writing test cases for react component rendering, unit and E2E.
• Possess prior experience in creating applications with compatibility for both browsers and various devices.
• Capable of Independently Designing an application.
• Conceptualizing ideas, taking mockups, and converting them into a pixel-perfect web interface.
• Good understanding of agile software development life cycle processes.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers, performing code reviews, and providing feedback to improve their skills.
  
  

Good To Have

• Experience in monitoring and improving application performance will be a plus.
• Web app performance improvements (Page speed, GTMetix, Webpage test).
• Being familiar with deployments using AWS will be a plus.
• Familiar with ESLint, PWA.
