Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, consolidation of group companies' financial data, statutory compliance, Taxation, audit preparedness, and effective financial control. The role involves handling variance reports, capex monitoring, import/export sales accounting consolidation, and maintaining a robust asset and inventory audit process. Proficiency in ERP (Oracle) and statutory knowledge are critical for success.

Job Responsibilities

• Financial & Transactional Audit: Verify accuracy and completeness of accounting entries
• Compliance & Regulatory Audits: Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and close statutory observations in a timely manner
• Inventory, Fixed Asset & Store Audit: Maintain asset register and ensure proper reconciliation of physical vs. book stock
• Prepare and review variance reports for budget vs. Actuals
• Monitor capital expenditure proposals and approvals (Capex)
• Consolidate and verify import/export sales accounting done at the plant level
• Support external auditors through reconciliations and schedules
• Conduct inventory audit checks, process audits, and entry-level reviews
• Ensure internal stakeholders provide reports in a standardized format
• Oversee Direct & Indirect taxation. Updated with latest GST guidelines
• Oversee Finance Process Improvements and Improvisation
• Drive ERP (Oracle) usage for financial control and reporting
