About the Role

We’re hiring a Magento 2 Developer for a UK-based e-commerce company specializing in sports equipment and online retail solutions. You’ll work closely with a technical team, contributing to Magento 2 module development, theme customization, and payment integrations.

This is a permanent, full-time, remote role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, communicates effectively, and is experienced in optimizing Magento 2 for performance and scalability. You’ll be responsible for implementing new features and ensuring a seamless user experience across the e-commerce platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing advanced Magento 2 modules to meet specific project requirements
• Customizing themes and extensions to align with business needs
• Implementing payment gateway integrations
• Gaining experience with Hyvä for frontend optimization
• Building customized product modules based on client specifications

Must-Have Skills

• Magento 2 (5+ years)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• CSS
• HTML5
• CSS Preprocessors
• PHP
• JavaScript
• Familiarity with Hyvä themes
