What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and implement advanced AI automation systems that transform business processes, delivering measurable productivity gains and scalable solutions across multiple industries
• Pioneer applications of frontier AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, rigorously evaluating their effectiveness and integration potential
• Optimize AI solution deployment across complex AWS infrastructures, ensuring maximum performance, reliability, and seamless integration with existing systems

Machine Learning Engineer Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy fully autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating exponential productivity improvements that scale across entire business operations.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (candidates who default to traditional coding methods before leveraging AI tools need not apply)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technology roles with progressive responsibility
• Advanced proficiency in Python development and AWS infrastructure implementation
• Proven experience with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Verifiable track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
• Extensive experience integrating multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) through their APIs to address complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
