Supply Chain Management – Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire logistics process.
Inventory Control – Ensure efficient storage, tracking, and distribution of goods.
Transportation Management – Oversee shipping, delivery, and fleet operations.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination – Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Cost Optimization – Control logistics expenses and improve operational efficiency.
Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality regulations.
Team Leadership – Supervise and train logistics staff for smooth operations.
Reporting & Analysis – Track performance metrics and generate reports for improvements.
