Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and manage domestic transportation of goods, ensuring

timely deliveries.

● Track shipments and provide real-time updates to relevant

stakeholders.

● Maintain and update logistics records, reports, and documentation.

● Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to resolve

delivery issues.

● Optimize routes and transportation costs while maintaining service

levels.

● Handle invoice verification, payments, and vendor reconciliation.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory

requirements.

● Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements:

● 1-4 years of experience in domestic logistics or supply chain operations.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

● Strong communication and coordination skills.

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Problem-solving skills to handle logistical challenges efficiently.

● Basic knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (preferred).

● Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.

● Knowledge of ERP systems or logistics software (optional but preferred).
