Job Description

In this role, person will be responsible for creating shipping documents, distribution of documents and record maintaining for audits. The work is determined by the daily project shipping and scheduling team under the co-ordination of team leader.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and Coordinate with customs broker for Inbound and Outbound shipments.
• Monitor / Tracking import and export shipments
• Coordinate with transporter, vendor, customs broker and forwarder
• Maintain 100% quality and eliminate error documents.
• Domestic vehicle planning, booking and execution
• Manage and track all paperwork required for audits.
• Maintain / assist scanning of documents.
• Report generation for imports, exports and domestic
• Booking of outward shipment through service provider website
• Preparation of invoice in Excel
• Preparation of E-Invoice in the GST portal
• Preparation of E-waybill in the GST portal
• Communication with transporter and service provider for shipping alerts
• Maintaining for marine insurance report and monthly distribution
• Service provider bills processing and submit to finance for payment
• Follow-up of Import shipments
• Coordination with shipping and receiving team for on time delivery
• Work with Shipping & receiving, Buyer and Finance team
• Knowledge with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good English communication
• 2-4 Years experience in relevant field
• Education: Any Degree
