What will you get to do?

• Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and
  
  

other logistics processes

• Manage a large fleet of 200 medics (phlebotomists) and 50+
  
  

delivery partners

• Manage hub operations and smooth inventory supply ,Own & optimise the cost of collection
• Delight customers by ensuring on-time collection and on time
  
  

delivery of samples to the lab for processing

• Design rosters and routes and ensure adequate supply on
  
  

ground

• Keep the ground staff motivated, well groomed and ensure
  
  

100% adherence to the company's standard operating

procedures

• Hire and build team ground up

Skills We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or
  
  

transportation operations

• Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and
  
  

management principles

• Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
• Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
• Should have handled Fleet
• Knowledge on TAT
• Good Understanding on City geography
