Job Title: Logistic Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Operations Management:
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Develop, implement, and manage logistics strategies to ensure efficient flow of goods and services.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Implement best practices for inventory control and warehouse management.
- Analyze demand forecasts to plan and manage stock levels and reorder points.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues to ensure high service quality.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of logistics and warehouse staff.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure team performance meets company standards.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations related to logistics and transportation.
- Implement safety and quality control procedures for warehouse and transportation operations.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues and risks promptly.

- Proven experience in managing supply chain operations, warehousing, and transportation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
