Job Summary

As a Closing Specialist within the Mortgage Operations Team, you manage the end-to-end closing process for mortgage transactions. You collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are met. Your attention to detail and commitment to service drive successful client outcomes

Job Responsibilities

• Source all applicable fees from title companies and vendors for timely client disclosure.
• Prepare closing documents in accordance with state, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
• Review and confirm all credit and non-credit conditions are satisfied.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Solutions, vendors, and partners to close and fund transactions.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of the origination cycle and mortgage documentation.
• Display excellence in client service throughout the closing process.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reviewing loan details and documentation for compliance.
• Resolve complex issues by identifying solutions and communicating findings clearly.
• Complete accurate disbursement of funds for each transaction.
• Adhere to all J.P. Morgan fair lending practices.
• Achieve and exceed productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals.
