Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities : (Sales Role)

  • Connecting with potential clients through cold calls, WhatsApp, field visits, or references to understand their loan requirements (personal, business, LAP, etc.)
  • Effectively and clearly explaining loan products (eligibility, interest rates, documents required) simply and clearly.
  • Collecting & verifying client documents and forwarding leads to the back office for further processing.
  • Generating leads through local shops, businesses, and by building a connector network (agents, shopkeepers, etc.)
  • Following up regularly with interested clients to maintain engagement until the file is logged in or closed.
  • Maintaining lead tracker/update CRM sheet and coordinating with internal team (Puja/Ritesh) for timely updates.
  • Supporting marketing activities, such as distributing pamphlets, putting up posters, or social media referrals as and when necessary.
