Job Role -
- Assist customers in the selection and fitting of lingerie, ensuring a high level of personalized service.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product range, including new arrivals, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience aligned with company standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performances to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the store.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain an appealing shop floor, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into daily customer interactions.
