Years of Exp: Minimum 6 years, Preferable 9+ years
Experience in dealing with preparation/evaluation of Transaction documents like RFP, Model Concession or Draft Concession Agreement, etc. pertaining to PPP Projects.
Candidate should have worked for power, telecom, highways, airports, railways, industrial parks, petroleum and natural gas, irrigation, water supply, sewerage and real estate development projects.
Experience in the port sector transaction advisory and PPP works will be preferred.
