Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently draft and review legal documents, agreements, and court orders in both English and Gujarati.
• Prepare title search reports and analyze land titles.
• Draft and file pleas, applications, written statements, and replies in various Revenue and Civil Cases.
• Navigate and utilize online revenue portals such as Garvi, IORA, IRCMS, and other relevant government systems.
• Provide legal opinions and support to the internal real estate and land acquisition teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure legal due diligence is completed on time.
• Stay updated with changes in laws related to real estate and revenue matters.

Skills

• MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Real Estate Company or under an Advocate engaged in the Real Estate sector.
• Good command over English Verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Gujarat Government revenue portals (Garvi, IORA, IRCMS).
• Knowledge of RERA and other land related acts of Gujarat.

Qualification : Law Graduate, Masters in law preferred
