We are seeking legal professional to manage litigation, real estate documentation (leave and license agreements, lease deeds), property due diligence, agreement review and negotiations, and employment law matters.

What makes the role meaty?

• Managing litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation matters; liaise with external counsel.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leave and license agreements, lease deeds, and other contracts.

• Conducting property due diligence and title verification.

• Handling agreement review and negotiations for commercial/vendor contracts.

• Advising on employment laws, domestic enquiries, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

• Creating and implement SOPs for legal processes and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, real estate, and employment laws.

• Proven expertise in litigation strategy, agreement review, and negotiations.

• Solution-oriented with strategic thinking capability.

• Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred.

• 2–12 years PQE with experience in litigation, real estate, contracts, and employment laws.

• Sector experience in FMCG, retail OR manufacturing preferred.
