AsanAnalyst,youwillinteractwiththeinternalclients(orlearners)directlytoeitherunderstandtheirlearningrequirement,content deploymentrequestsoranylearningrelatedissuethattheymayface.Youmayalsoassistthembyprovidingnecessaryadvisorysupportto helpthemunderstandthebestpracticesaroundcatalogmanagementandcontentdeploymentprocesses:
- Responsibleforcarryingoutcatalogmanagementactivities,whichincludeadding,changing,deleting,andretiringlearningelements fromtheonlinegloballearningcatalog,specificallyforcatalogitemsintheGlobaldomain,underthedirectionofthecourseowner and/or content owner
- Deploye-learningcontent,troubleshootpreliminarycontentrelatedissues,testcontentpackagesfollowingtestscriptsandprovide testing results
- RespondtoinquiriesfromtheGlobalDeloitteLearningMailboxandfrommemberfirmsonlearningcatalogmanagementitemsor content deployment requests
- LiaisewiththeGlobaltechnologysupportteamtomanagecontentrelatedissues
- Activelyparticipateindifferentprocessimprovementandre-engineeringprojectinitiativestomaintainhighqualitystandardsinallthe deliverables. Identify process improvements opportunities and make recommendations.
