- Identify target candidate profiles and sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and
- Encourage people to continuous learning through online and physical workshops.
- Providing inputs to the F&C team with respect to the payroll,opex and Capex Budgets.
- At project completion, compile a report summarizing achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Building relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Providing training to ensure everyone understands new processes or tools.
- Open communication and collaboration among team members.
- Ability to learn and implement HRMS policies align with Organization's policy.
