Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming service requests and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Accurately log, categorize, and prioritize all requests in the ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Provide support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, including installations and configurations.
  • Assist users with application-related problems and provide training as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of technical processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security.
