Job Purpose

Conducting end to end learning interventions for IBAs & Call centre team in Rural Business.

Ensure classroom trainings at regional call centers & VILT for upskilling the IBAs/Tele callers within Rural Business.

Duties And Responsibilities

  •  Prepare training calendar for the IBAs basis business needs
  •  Conduct the Functional learning interventions for IBAs/Tele-Callers in Rural Business
  •  Training delivery (Refreshers) across all Rural Businesses
  •  Delivering training programs for partner skill development (TTTs for the Trainers/Supervisors based at RCC)
  •  Create functional assessments for understanding learning gaps
  •  Conduct learning diagnostic connect with IBAs & Identify the knowledge gaps in sales
  •  Curate the training content for IBA training programs


Key Decisions / Dimensions

  •  Final buy in for content
  •  Design of induction/ Functional trainings
  •  Role out timely training invites for training programs
  •  Manage the first level escalations related to trainings


Major Challenges

  •  Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders (Partners, IBAs & Call centre support team)
  •  Getting buy in from business for functional training
  •  Maintaining training coverage across all vintage groups


Required Qualifications And Experience

  •  Qualifications –Graduate (MBA -Preferable in HR)
  •  Expertise in conducting learning facilitation
  •  Work Experience – 4-6 years (Preferable Tele calling + L&D)
  •  Ability to multitask
  •  Agile
  •  Language – English, Hindi & Marathi
