About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Research Associate to join our Inside Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and validating lead data, ensuring accuracy in contact details (phone, email), revenue, and other key attributes. Additionally, this role involves launching marketing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, and maintaining an up-to-date lead database to support Inside Sales efforts.

This is a critical role in ensuring high-quality leads for the Inside Sales team, contributing directly to pipeline growth and sales success.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Data Management & Validation:

  • Clean and verify raw lead data to ensure accuracy in phone numbers, email addresses, revenue details, and other key attributes.
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies or missing information in lead records.
  • Research and enrich lead profiles using various sources, including online databases and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when handling customer data.
  • Segment and filter leads for targeted outreach campaigns based on defined criteria.
  • Track email deliverability, response rates, and campaign performance to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Launch and manage email and calling campaigns to engage potential leads.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for Inside Sales teams.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on key lead generation and campaign metrics.
  • Analyze lead conversion trends and provide insights to improve lead quality.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure they have access to the most accurate and high-quality leads.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead workflows.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead research, data validation, or sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of lead enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.).
  • Familiarity with email marketing and sales campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to track lead performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with sales and marketing teams.
