  • Responsibilities :
  • Lead the quality assurance process for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide expertise in Compliance Management ensuring all processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to enhance project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and train team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
  • Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decisions and improve overall project quality.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.
  • Ensure all quality documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve quality processes. -Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical skills in SAP and Compliance Management.
  • Have experience in Analytics which is a nice to have skill.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing quality control plans.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • Display the ability to mentor and train team members effectively.
