Job Role:

We are seeking Lead QA to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a QA team of 15+ engineers, fostering excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee QA activities for multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement functional, automation, and performance testing strategies.
• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, Cypress).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure, AWS, Jenkins etc.
• Execute tests in Dockerized environments for efficiency.
• Establish quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Define & monitor quality metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Managing multiple projects.
• Agile/Scrum
• Building automation frameworks (Using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress etc)
• CI/CD (Azure, AWS, Jenkins or similar)
• Docker or Kubernetes for test execution
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of DevOps practices. Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
