Let’s Talk About Responsibilities
The primary objective of CRM Project Team Lead within IT Applications is to:
- Deliver CRM projects with a solid methodology, focusing on quality, time management, and budget efficiency.
- Define vision, strategy, and priorities with global and local business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with IT leadership and ResMed strategy.
- Promote Global Salesforce initiatives and solutions.
- Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring all goals are met within the timeline and budget.
- Produce project deliverables, including documentation, implementation, testing, and change management.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing issues.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Support and mentor team members, providing guidance, especially to junior members.
- Deep understanding of IT project management methodologies.
- Critical thinking and strong, independent problem-solving skills.
- Strong business analytical skills.
- Leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to complete tasks on time.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and manage escalations.
- Effective presentation skills for business users and IT management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with peers and management.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 8 years of related experience (Salesforce.com, Commercial, Customer Service, B2B, B2C)
- Strong knowledge of SFDC best practices and configurations
- Understanding of ITIL concepts, especially Delivery and Project/Program Management
- Proficiency in waterfall and agile project methodologies, ability to write and present project documentation.
- Good understanding of regulatory constrains applying to functional domain (quality/Medical Device Regulation, Sox, GDPR, …)
- Ability to manage complex topics
- Experience managing a multi-cultural team
- Ability to take initiatives and to work in team
