Role Overview
As the Lead – NBFC Sales, you will champion Bureau’s growth in the NBFC segment, steering strategic sales initiatives, forging high-value partnerships, and ensuring NBFCs gain from Bureau's industry-leading risk decisioning and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a targeted sales strategy for Bureau’s NBFC offerings (KYC, onboarding, device intelligence, fraud protection, AML).
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new NBFC clients, leveraging Bureau’s platform to streamline their risk and compliance processes.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in NBFCs to drive product adoption.
- Lead solution-based discussions, demos and negotiations, clearly aligning Bureau’s value proposition with the NBFC's priorities—e.g., reducing fraud, accelerating approvals, achieving compliance.
- Partner with Product, Risk, Enablement, and Marketing teams to tailor Bureau’s solutions (e.g., fast onboarding in under 10 seconds, device ID, deepfake detection) to NBFC-specific challenges.
- Feed market insights back into product roadmap and marketing collateral.
- Track sales funnels, revenue forecasts, conversion metrics, and deliverables & responsible for revenue target achievement.
- Lead NBFC sales team—coaching them to win and retain NBFC clients.
- Stay abreast of evolving NBFC regulatory mandates (KYC/KYB/AML).
- Engage in industry forums, events, and thought leadership to strengthen Bureau’s position as a trusted NBFC partner.
- Achieve revenue targets
Skills Required
- 12-15 years in B2B enterprise sales within NBFCs, fintechs, or BFSI, managing enterprise-level accounts or sales teams.
- Deep understanding of NBFC operational models, compliance frameworks, and risk workflows.
- Familiar with cutting-edge fraud prevention technologies, identity platforms, device intelligence, and AML risk ecosystems.
- Strong record of achieving quotas, closing complex deals, and managing full sales cycles.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills—with an ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Able to map broader market needs to Bureau’s platform capabilities, driving long-term client trust and platform-led growth.
- Comfort with dynamic, high-growth environments, and an appetite for learning and experimentation.
