Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying and generating prospective leads, contributing significantly to the overall growth strategy of Nexus Jobs.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in market research to identify potential leads and trends in the recruitment sector. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong networking abilities to effectively connect and establish long-term relationships with potential clients and partners. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and persuasively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Solid understanding of sales strategy to contribute to the development of effective lead generation plans.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools to efficiently manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tactics to effectively reach and engage potential leads across online platforms.
  • Proven ability in lead nurturing to successfully guide potential clients through the conversion funnel.
  • Problem-solving mindset to analyze challenges and develop strategic solutions to optimize lead generation processes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns using a variety of techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media interaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective customer engagement.
  • Manage and update lead information in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and tracking conversion rates.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation strategies to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation activities and campaign performance to the management team.
