Lead - Digital Marketing & Communications

Mandate 2 – Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year. These employees, who form a large majority, will come together in their base location for a week, once every quarter.

About The Team

The role will be a part of communication team for Delivery Partners and would work as a communication bridge between Swiggy and the delivery partners to ensure our payout strategy is well communicated and has maximize reach. The incumbent will work on Channel Strategy and liaison with content developers to improve channel effectiveness. This is a cross functional role and will closely work with Operations, Product Teams and Marketing Teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple stakeholders in central and regional teams and co-ordinate on execution of communication across channels & determining the best platform with a goal to improve reach and improve CTRs. (60%)
• Evaluating and improving existing channels of communication like Push Notification, In-app Communications, WhatsApp, SMS. (20%)
• Analyse data and publish channel performance. (15%)
• Copy writing for communication channel for multiple events (5%)
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience in Channel Marketing, Marketing Operations
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Bachelors in the field of marketing.
• Hands on knowledge communication tools like Clever tap, Gupshup, MO engage.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Figma needed.
• Basic knowledge or keen to learn HTML/SQL.
• Should be willing to work in different time shifts of 9 hours anytime between 9 AM to 12PM.
• Candidate should be flexible for being rostered during weekends – 5 working days in a week.
