- MBA from tier I institute
- 9 - 12 Years Overall Experience
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
- Detail orientation and decision making in ambiguous situations
- Individuals with ability to deliver in high pressure and demanding work situations
- Ability to manage and motivate the team
- Ability to achieve performance targets and meet deadlines in a fast paced & challenging environment
