Job Description: Lead OSP Deployment

Position Overview

The Lead OSP Deployment role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of Outside Plant (OSP) deployment activities for wireline projects. The candidate will ensure the seamless execution of project tasks, from initiating service requests (SR), service orders (SO), and trouble tickets (TT) to final project closure, adhering to organizational processes and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• OSP Activity Management:
  
  

Initiate, monitor, and ensure the closure of SRs, SOs, and TTs throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with project execution guidelines.

• Team Leadership:
  
  

Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Foster collaboration among stakeholders to ensure timely logging and resolution of SRs, SOs, and TTs.

• Project Management:
  
  

Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met as per defined processes.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and quality.

• Activity Sequencing & Planning:
  
  

Plan and sequence all OSP-related activities in alignment with process requirements.

Ensure that all activity logs are accurate and updated in real-time.

• Process Improvement:
  
  

Identify areas for improvement in current workflows and processes.

Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline OSP deployment activities.
