- Work closely with asset managers, servicers, and other internal teams
- To compile and present asset management reports to senior executives and asset managers
- Work on monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of the portfolio and assist in valuations, monthly reviews of business plans, and deviation analysis
- Involved in developing knowledge of servicer feeds
- Should possess knowledge of financial concepts and be able to perform financial analysis
- Should be self-motivated, possess keen analytical skills
- Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead projects autonomously with limited direction and guidance
