Learning Opportunities Include

• Conduct legal research on diverse topics and compile information to support legal analysis and decision-making
• Hone the ability to draft a diverse range of legal documents crucial for various types of legal aspects, including without limitation, Civil/Criminal Complaints, Petitions, Plaints, Written Statements, Arguments, Notices, Agreement of/for Service, Investment Agreements, Shareholding Agreements, SAFTs, HR/Legal Documentation, Click-wrap/Browse-wrap Agreements, EULAs, Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies etc.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the legal team, including but not limited to, scheduling internship interviews, client calls and internal team calls/discussions
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and messages, with professionalism and confidentiality
• Perform essential legal tasks such as court filings, organizing, and maintaining case records, files, and databases
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal information and documents
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
