Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct legal research.
• Perform legal analysis.
• Handle legal documentation and contract drafting.
• Support with court filings and hearings.
• Maintain case records, files, and databases.
• Stay updated with domestic and international laws.
• Assist with blockchain, crypto, and Web3 laws.
• Conduct legal research on diverse topics and compile information to support legal analysis and decision-making.
• Hone the ability to draft a diverse range of legal documents crucial for various types of legal aspects, including but not limited to civil/criminal complaints, petitions, plaints, written statements, arguments, notices, agreements of/for service, investment agreements, shareholding agreements, SAFTs, HR/legal documentation, click-wrap/browse-wrap agreements, EULAs, terms of use, privacy policies, cookie policies, etc.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the legal team, including but not limited to internship interviews, client calls, and internal team discussions.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and messages, with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Perform essential legal tasks such as court filings, and organize and maintain case records, files, and databases.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal information and documents.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
