Role
- Involvement in Production process
- Increase production
- Achieve Daily, weekly or monthly production targets
- Monitor production activities
- Handle Manpower
- Manpower and Production Planning
- Create and oversee an employee training schedule to emphasize productivity
- Evaluate Each station of manufacturing (grading, peeling, packing and cutting) to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure Safety Policies and procedures
- Inspect and check all the inward material
- Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently
- Organizing, Monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Ensure the finished material be ready before dispatch
- Prepare reports on performance and progress of daily production.
- Detect issues related to efficiency and suggest improvements.
Salary - 12-15 K (As per experience and interview)
