Job Summary

• We are seeking a Network IT Engineer L1 & L2 to join our team and provide essential network support.
• In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming network-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems efficiently.
• Your primary focus will be on providing first-level support to ensure smooth network operations.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Troubleshoot common network issues such as connectivity problems, network outages, and slow performance.
• Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues proactively.
• Document and track network incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of network hardware and software.
• Adhere to ITIL service management processes and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in network support or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP), and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in networking (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+).
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management framework
