Job Descripti on:Develop, customize, configure, and deploy the Sailpoint IGA produ ct.Troubleshoot, implement, and set up the technical infrastructu re.Collaborate with Business Analysts to document detailed functional and technical requiremen ts.Create procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activiti es.Research technical problems and propose solutions, integrating technical and application componen ts.Document modified app requiremen ts.Conduct unit and integration testing of the soluti on.Coordinate with customers, factory architect, and product engineering team as need ed.Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal employe es.Contribute to architecture design, features design, and technical implementati on.Share expertise, experience, and best practices related to the SDLC for the Sailpoint platfo rm.Conduct training sessions to enhance project and operations teams" skills on Sailpoint technolo gy.Facilitate architecture workshops with stakeholders to explain the CLIENT PROGRAMS high-level and low-level architectu re.Conduct gap analysis between target and current process es.Participate in periodic team meetings such as the product catalog committee and design authori ty.Report progress, track risks, and address issues related to the CLIENT PROGRAMS deployme nt.Collaborate with technical integrators and product teams during the design and building phase of entity onboardi ng.Adapt existing processes/workflows (Joiner Mover Leaver and Access Request and Recertification) to the new sco pe.Integrate relevant identities from authoritative sources into the core platfo rm.Develop the necessary provisioning connectors for the new sco pe.
