Role Overview

As the Key Accounts Manager - Myntra, you will be responsible for managing and growing Myntra as a channel ensuring that the brand is positioned for maximum visibility and sales success. You will act as the primary point of contact for category relationships, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing product listings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with category counterparts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all operational and business-related communications.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance across categories.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions. Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for promotional activities and product visibility campaigns.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive efforts to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the marketplace environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer feedback, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) of managing & scaling Myntra by 1 crore in previous tenure.
  • Strong understanding of Myntra eco-system including operations, image sequencing, title & PDP modifications, PLA & Display ads, SJIT & PPMP
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence within e-commerce channels.
  • Extremely Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools, and marketplace management softwares.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently.
