Purpose Of Role

Digital transformation of in-vehicle systems (sensors, oecus, EV) and customer digital literacy are transforming the commercial vehicle industry. VE Commercial Vehicle (VECV) co-created and secured a market-leading Telematics and IoT services portfolio, leading this revolution. Segment-specific solutions in 5G, connected infotainment, and new sensor technologies offer significant monetization opportunities. You will lead IoT-enabled connected service development and deployment as a Control Tower – Digital Product. To boost commercial vehicle owners' productivity and efficiency. To keep VECV a leader in connected vehicles, you will manage service development from opportunity identification to commercial launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer teams: Collaborate with owners, fleet managers, and support staff to understand operational needs and gather insights.
• Conduct segment-specific studies: Analyze customer requirements and operations, focusing on the launch of IoT-based services.
• Coordinate with internal teams: Collaborate with customer teams and management alongside the digital team to translate product services into actionable technical requirements, ensuring successful implementation.
• Manage pilot and launch phases: Validate business cases through pilot testing, ensuring solution designs deliver competitive value before proceeding to full-scale commercial launches.
• Monitor and analyze trends: Track vehicle performance metrics and market trends, sharing insights with owners and fleet managers to enhance decision-making.
• Report generation: Develop comprehensive performance reports based on data analysis and share findings with owners and product managers to inform strategic planning and service enhancements.
