Key Responsibilities
- Build a compelling assortment across fashion, accessories, jewellery, and kidswear.
- Lead vendor management and brand partnerships for growth.
- Analyze category performance and optimize stock planning.
- Oversee seasonal buys, trend identification, and product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising for impactful floor presentations.
- Drive marketing initiatives to amplify category visibility.
- Negotiate commercials and manage category margins and profitability.
- 3–5 years in fashion buying, category management, or brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of premium fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Trend-aware with a keen eye for assortment curation.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations and stock management.
- Ability to drive customer-centric category strategies.
- Collaborative and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
