Job Summary
We seek an experienced Key Account Manager to manage our Vyapar Sathi project. The ideal candidate will coordinate with our registered dealers , ensure material placement, track sales, manage stock, and collect payments. Excellent communication, system navigation, and adaptability skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Material Placement: Ensure timely placement of materials.
- Sales Tracking: Monitor and report sales performance.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels.
- Return Policy: Implement and manage stock return policy.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection.
- System Navigation: Proficiently use our CRM/system.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales and stock reports.
- 2+ years of experience as KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER in any
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong system navigation and technical skills.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relationship building and management.
- Sales strategy and planning.
- Time management and organization.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- MIS reporting in EXCEL, should be well thouough with all formulas and functions in software .

KPI
- Sales Growth: % increase in sales revenue from existing accounts.
- Revenue Target Achievement: % of revenue target achieved.
- Average Order Value (AOV): Increase in AOV from existing accounts.
- Sales Pipeline Growth: Increase in sales pipeline value.
- Timely collections
- Minimum 5 hours calling .
- New Business Development.
- Regular Customer Interactions of regular customer interactions.
