Job Summary:.

  • The Senior Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • This role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing storage space, implementing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a keen eye for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient inventory handling.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and implement measures to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound logistics.
