We're on the hunt for a Junior Wedding Planner — someone who’s ready to own, lead, and plan weddings from scratch. You won’t just be assisting seniors — you’ll be assigned weddings, work directly with clients, create timelines, coordinate with vendors, and bring visions to life. Think of this as a launchpad for anyone who dreams of being a full-fledged planner and creative lead in the world of weddings.

You’ll be working with tools like Airtable, Excel, Canva, Pinterest, and even exploring SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Lumion for layout and design. You’ll also be involved in creative presentations, mood boards, and executing ideas on-ground.

• Preferably have a Bachelor’s in Architecture / Design or related creative field
• Aesthetic, organized, and bursting with ideas
• Comfortable handling clients, vendors, timelines, and checklists
• Proficient in Excel, Canva, Pinterest, and basic design/render tools
• Ready to learn tools like Airtable for workflow management
• Flexible with timings — we work around wedding dates, not calendars
• Confident communicator and team player
• Open to travel and long hours during peak wedding seasons
• Self-starter with a hunger to grow
