Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Trainee Recruiter- Freshers to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to learn and support various recruiting and staffing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.

Resume Screening:

Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Applicant Tracking:

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment activities.

Job Postings:

Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Candidate Communication:

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.

Recruitment Administration:

Assist with recruitment administration tasks, including preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks.

Event Participation:

Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.

Database Management:

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment practices and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
