Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in MS-Excel to track progress and measure success
