Position Summary

We're looking for a Junior Specialist to create. optimize, and elevate our strategy and deliverables for the Company. You will be focusing on Accountability for specific areas and functional responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Registration and maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control)
• Maintenance of organizational structure
• Absence /attendance registration and handling
• Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)
• Preparation and delivery of reports
• Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
• Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive
• To solve problems and be a case manager for complex multi functional issues.
• Train and guide other team members.
• Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s in human resource, finance or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness and ability to deliver good customer service.
• Proactive and flexible personality.
