Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize backend services using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
• Drive system architecture, refactoring, and design reviews for scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with strong debugging and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.
• Lead database development efforts with Postgres, MySQL, and Redis.
• Implement messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for distributed workloads.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to build secure, resilient, and cost-optimized systems.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for automated deployments.
• Champion observability practices for system reliability and monitoring.
• Architect and implement workflow orchestration when needed.
• Contribute to frontend initiatives (React/Angular) for end-to-end delivery.
• Apply security best practices in coding, architecture, and deployments.
• Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and foster documentation practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and introduce relevant innovations.

Skills Required:

• Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Proficiency in Python for backend development
• Experience with databases (Postgres, MySQL, Redis) including query optimization and caching
• Hands-on knowledge of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization
• Basic knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and environment automation
• Awareness of orchestration frameworks (Temporal, Airflow, etc.)
• Exposure to observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing)
• Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular) to support end-to-end delivery

Education: B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
